30-Day Return & Refund Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@prettystraps.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
For a return to be eligible for a 100% refund, items must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us clear photos of the items for preliminary assessment. In the event that the returned items are damaged, dirty, or not in their original packaging, our team will evaluate the condition of the items to determine the amount to be refunded.
Return Process
The return address is provided by email as it varies depending on your location. Please send the items to the address instructed by email. Note that failing to contact us before returning the items could result in loss of goods, in which case we may be unable to issue a return/refund.
We require that all returns be shipped with tracking to ensure that your return is received and processed correctly. Please include a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number when you notify us of your return. Kindly be aware that the cost of return shipping falls under the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to provide refunds for these shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your products. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable. The refund process may take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. To assist with our quality control efforts, please include a video of the damaged item when you contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
